General Description of Tract 1: This highly productive high quality 155.88 +–acre tract of farmland has according to the Sioux County FSA approx. 146 tillable acres with the balance in road, irrigation reservoir and ditch . This farm has a corn base of 124.5 acres with a direct yield of 94bu and a cc yield of 113bu. A soybean base of 20 acres and a direct yield of 30bu and a cc yield of 36bu. The predominant soil types include: 108, 308-Wadena, 486-Davis, 485-Spillville, 474C-Bolan and 116-Graceville.This farm is classified as non -hel. The farm is not enrolled in the acre program.
