RE taxes: According to the Plymouth County Treasurer, the current RE taxes are approx. $3618.00 per year for Tracts 1 and 2 combined. However, this property has been surveyed and taxes will need to be adjusted according to the survey. Seller will pay the 2011 taxes which would become delinquent if not paid by October 1, 2012.
Possession of farmland: Possession will be on March 1, 2012, due to the current farm lease.
Terms: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 10% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day February 1, 2012 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
