Legal Description: E ½ of the NE ¼ in Section 27, Doon Twp, 98N, Range 46W of the 5th P.M. Lyon County, IA. –subject to public road and easements of record.

General Description: Inside 80 acres of Farmland. Lyon County FSA shows 74.82 acres of cropland with the remaining balance of the land in tree ridge, mud creek and road. 61.9 acres corn base with direct yield and cc yield of 94 bushels. 4.0 acres soybeans base with direct yield and cc yield of 37 bushels.
