*Bidding will close on May 6 2021-the 1st lots will start to close at 5:30 P.M. (Central) then additional lots will close every few minutes thereafter until final lots are closed.

*Pickup of auction items will be on May 8 from 8:30 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. or by appointment.  Payment may be made at pickup. Auction company reserves the right to request a wire transfer or cashiers check as payment. DRIVERS LICENSE is required at pickup. 

BUYER IS REQUIRED TO DISMANTLE ALL ITEMS AT THE BUYERS OWN EXPENSE. PLEASE BRING APPROPRIATE TOOLS & ASSISTANCE FOR DISMANTLING.

*Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied.Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment.

This auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

All items must be removed as this facility is being sold.
