Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes according to the Osceola County Treasurer are approx. $2,328.70 per year on Tract 1, approx. $976.36 per year on Tract 2, approx. $1,740.64 per year on Tract 3. Seller will pay the 2020 taxes which are due and payable in March and Sept of 2021.
Possession: Possession to farm will be on April 1, 2021. Full legal possession will be on closing day.
