Method of sale: Auction will be held at the site of Parcel #1. Final bid price will be x gross surveyed acres for parcels 1 through 5 and parcel 8. When parcel 6 & 7 are sold they will be sold in total dollars.
Order Of Sale: Parcel 1 will be sold separately then Parcel 2 will be sold separately. Parcel 3 & Parcel 4 will be offered in the choice method. The first successful bidder on the choice of Parcel 3 & 4 will be given choice of either parcel or will have the option to purchase both parcels. If the first successful bidder only chooses one parcel then the remaining parcel will be sold immediately following. Parcels 5 through 8 will be sold separately in the order listed after parcels 3 & 4 are sold and will not be combined in any way.
