* Bidding will close on May 14, 2020-the 1 st  5 lots will start at close at 5:30 PM (Central) then additional 5 batch increments will close every 3 minutes thereafter until 5 lots are closed.

 * Pickup  date of items will be on  May 16, 2020 –Due to the covid restrictions of crowds Pickup will be as follows: if your last name starts from A-F your pickup time will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. if your last name starts with G–L your will pickup from 11:00 to 12:00 PM –if your last name starts with M–S your pickup time will be from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. and if your last name starts with T-Z your pickup time will be from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. —PICKUP LOCATION IS at 100 Broadway St. Larchwood, IA.

* Terms:  Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.–
