Real Estate Taxes: According to the Lyon County Treasurer, the current net Real Estate taxes are approximately $292.00 per year Seller will pay all real estate taxes which would become delinquent if not paid by Sept. 30, 2016, as well as all prior taxes.
Possession of Farmland: Possession of the 9.87 acres of farmland will be given March 1, 2017 due to current lease. New buyer will receive $1,250.00 for the 2016 rent payable on Oct. 1, 2016. Buyer will be granted possession of the current non-tillable land at closing.
Terms: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day January 8, 2016 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
