Taxes: The current Real Estate taxes according to the Lyon & Sioux Treasurers are as follows: Tract 1–$1546.00 per year, Tract 2–$1716.00 per year, Tract 3-$2466.00 per year including the acreage site. Seller will pay all real estate taxes which would become delinquent if not paid by Sept. 30, 2016, as well as all prior taxes.
Farmland Term options: Option #1: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day December 18, 2015, when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
