*Bidding will open on June 27, 2016 @ 8AM

*Bidding will close on July 18, 2016 the 1st 5 lots will start to close at 6:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 5 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 5 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on June 30, 2016 at 304 S Main St. Inwood, IA.  From 5:30—7:00 P.M. 

*Pickup date of items purchased will be Thursday July 21, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Central) —Items must be removed that day.

*Terms: Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final. All items are located at 304 S Main St Inwood, IA.
