Possession of Farmland: Possession will be given after current harvest is complete and permission from current tenant is granted-no later than March 1, 2015.
Terms: Purchaser(s) will be required to pay a non-refundable 15% of the purchase price immediately following the auction and also agree to enter into a purchase agreement with the remaining balance due and payable on closing day Dec. 23, 2014 when the buyer shall receive a clear and merchantable title to the property.
