This auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
All Applicable sales tax will be charged on this auction.

*Bidding will open November 6 @12:00 P.M.

*Bidding will close on November 18, 2024-the 1st lots will start to close at 5:30 P.M. (Central) then additional lots will close every few minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

INVOICING: All invoices will be sent out after the auction is fully completed.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP DAY OF THE PICKUP!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

*Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48HRS OF PURCHASE AND MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ITEM LOCATION IS LISTED BY EACH LOT AND SOME LOTS MAY HAVE A SPECIFIC PICKUP TIME. Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment. Any back registration if any will be the responsibility of the buyers.
