This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

* Bidding will close on February 1, 2024. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 5:30 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

Viewing: Open House to view the items will be January 27 from 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

* Pickup date of items will be on February 3, 2024 from 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. @ 221 Central Ave NE., Orange City, IA 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.

ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call our office @ 712-476-9443 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
