ALL GUNS SOLD WILL HAVE A $30.00 FFL TRANSFER FEE DUE WHICH SHALL BE PAYABLE TO THE FFL DEALER FOR TRANSFERING THE GUNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. FEE WILL STILL BE DUE IF GUNS ARE PURCHASED BY A FFL DEALER. ALL BUYERS OF A FIREARM WILL BE SUBJEC TO A BACKGROUND CHECK PRIOR TO THE FIREARM BEING RELEASED TO THE BUYER. NO FIREARM WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO A BUYER. IF A HAND GUN IS PURCHASED BY A BUYER NOT FROM THE STATE OF IOWA IT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SHIPPED TO A FFL DEALER IN THE BUYERS STATE. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY FEES CHARGED BY BUYERS FFL DEALER IN ADDITION TO THE $30.00 FEE.

* Bidding will close on October 26, 2023 @ 6:00 P.M. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 6 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.

IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
