* Bidding will close on Feb 23-the 1 st  5 lots will start at close at 5:00 PM (Central) then additional 5 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final 5 lots are closed.

* Pickup  date of items will be on Feb 24  from 3:00 to 6:00 PM (Central) at 304 Main St. Inwood, IA.

* Terms:  Cash / Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.
