*Bidding will open on June 2, 2021 @ 8:00 A.M.

*Bidding will close on June 15, 2021-the 1st lots will start to close at 5:30 P.M. (Central) then additional lots will close every few minutes thereafter until final lots are closed.

PICKUP DATE: Pickup of auction items will be held on June 16, 2021 from 4:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. at 10 10th St., Hawarden, IA.

OPEN HOUSE: Open house will be held on June 9, 2021 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. at 10 10th St., Hawarden, IA.

*Terms: Payment may be made through cash, check, wire transfer, cashiers check or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3.5% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED AT PICKUP TIME. Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment. Any back registration if any will be the responsibility of the buyers.
