*Bidding will close on Tuesday November 27 starting at 6:15 P.M. with 15 lots closing every 5 minutes until the final 15 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on November 21 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M.

*Pickup date of items purchased will be on Wednesday November 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. at 1112 12th St., Hawarden, IA.

*Terms: Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.
