*Bidding will close on July 11, 2018-the 1st 5 lots will start to close at 6:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 5 lot increments will close every 5 minutes thereafter until final 5 lots are closed.

*Pickup date of items purchased will be July 12, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. (Central) at 48482 289th St. Fairview SD

*Terms: 4 1/2 % SD Sales tax will be charged on all items except titled vehicles.  Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. Auctioneers reserve the right to require a wire transfer or cashiers check for payment. No item will be permitted to leave auction site until paid in full and the funds have been verified. All sales final.
