All Items Are located at the Summit Auction Building at 304 South Main Inwood Iowa, all items must be picked up at this location on October 6, between 5:00 p.m.—and 7:30 p.m.

*Bidding will open on Monday Sept 21, 2015

*Bidding will close on Monday Oct. 5, 2015-the 1st 25 lots will start to close at 7:00 P.M. (Central) then additional 25 lot increments will close every 10 minutes thereafter until final 25 lots are closed.

*Open house: Open house to view the items will be held on Sept 28, 2015 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M.

*Pickup date of items purchased will be Tuesday Oct 6 from 5:00 to 7:30 P.M. (Central)

*Terms: Cash/Check or credit card day of pickup. All sales final.
